You dissolve these in your mouth according to directions but !! My tongue doesn’t tolerate this as a burning sensation after 2 weeks
Must keep it moving in your mouth as disolves .. dont forget

It works

So far I really like it.

It’s unbelievable! I catch people looking, staring at my skin trying to figure my age no doubt. I even take second looks my husband and all compliment my skin constantly asking are tou doing something special to your skin.

Used for two weeks, no difference. Not worth the money….
