Apply Restful Night to the face or upper chest area. This product also contains collagen and hyaluronic acid to add moisture and create firmer skin, making your face an excellent application site.

Start by applying ¼ tsp 45 minutes to one hour before bedtime. Increase to ½ tsp if you wake repeatedly during the night.

Some report having vivid dreams, especially if they were not experiencing deep sleep prior to using Restful Night. Others may experience grogginess the next morning, which can be alleviated by applying the product earlier in the evening.

Melatonin is a hormone naturally produced by the body, which makes it safe for use. However, only use the lowest dose needed to achieve deep, restorative sleep.
